Refund policy

 

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter – the “Terms”) are a legally binding document between the Buyer and the Seller, setting out their rights and obligations, the conditions of purchase and payment, the rules for delivery and returns, liability of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the online store www.kornelis.lt.

All legal entities and natural persons who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity has not been restricted by a court decision, as well as minors from 14 to 18 years of age with the consent of their parents or guardians (unless they independently manage their income), may purchase goods in the online store www.kornelis.lt.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and have the right to purchase goods in accordance with section 1.2.

A contract between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded when the Buyer, having created a shopping cart in the online store, provided the delivery address, selected the payment method, and read the Seller’s Terms, clicks the “Place order” button.

The Buyer and the Seller agree that after the Buyer places an order and the Seller confirms it, the price of the goods may change due to objective reasons (such as increased costs, technical errors of information systems, or additional expenses). If the Buyer does not agree to the new price, either party may terminate the contract by informing the other. Losses arising from termination in such case shall not be compensated.

By confirming the Terms, the Buyer agrees to receive purchase documents – invoices (which also serve as warranty certificates) – by email at the address provided during registration.

Protection of personal data

By placing an order, the Buyer must provide the requested registration data.
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
The Buyer agrees that their personal data may be processed for order fulfillment, business analysis, and direct marketing purposes. The Buyer also agrees to receive notifications necessary for order processing.
The Buyer undertakes to keep login details confidential.
The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except as required by law.

Buyer’s rights and obligations

  • The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in accordance with these Terms.

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract by notifying the Seller by email.

  • The Buyer must accept the goods ordered and pay the agreed price.

  • The Buyer must update their registration data in case of changes.

  • By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to comply with these Terms and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Seller’s rights and obligations

  • The Seller undertakes to ensure proper access to the online store.

  • If the Buyer violates these Terms or attempts to harm the stability/security of the store, the Seller may restrict or terminate their access without notice.

  • The Seller respects the Buyer’s right to privacy and undertakes not to disclose personal data to third parties (except as required by law).

  • The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered to the address provided by the Buyer.

Ordering, prices, payment

  • Goods may be purchased online 24/7. Orders by phone or email are accepted during business hours.

  • A contract is valid when the Buyer clicks “Place order” and the Seller confirms it by sending an email confirmation.

  • All prices are indicated in euros.

  • Payment may be made via e-banking or bank transfer to Kornelis accounts. The Buyer must pay immediately; otherwise, the order is canceled. If payment is incomplete, the order is canceled and money refunded within 7 days.

Delivery

  • The Buyer must indicate the exact delivery address.

  • Goods are delivered by courier or may be collected in Vilnius with prior arrangement.

  • The Seller may apply delivery discounts if the order exceeds a certain amount.

  • Delivery times are indicated in product descriptions. In case of unforeseen circumstances, delivery may be delayed; the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer.

  • The Seller is not liable for delays due to the Buyer’s fault or reasons beyond the Seller’s control.

  • If the parcel is damaged, incomplete, or contains incorrect items, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.

Quality and warranty

  • Product descriptions are provided in the online store.

  • Actual product colors, shapes, or parameters may differ due to display settings.

  • Different warranty terms may apply to different goods, as specified in the product description.

Returns and exchanges

  • Goods can be returned or exchanged if:
    a) they were not used;
    b) were not damaged;
    c) retain their consumer properties;
    d) have not lost their commercial appearance.

  • Some goods cannot be returned (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, hosiery, books, etc.) in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

  • To return goods, the Buyer must email info@kornelis.lt and complete the return form.

  • If the goods are defective, incomplete, or incorrect, Kornelis refunds both the product price and delivery costs.

  • Refunds are made within 14 days to the Buyer’s bank account.

Marketing and information

  • The Seller may organize promotions and campaigns.

  • The Seller may change or cancel them without prior notice.

  • Notifications are sent via the Buyer’s provided contact details.

  • The Seller is not liable if the Buyer fails to receive notifications due to technical issues or incorrect contact data.

Final provisions

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

  • Disputes shall be resolved by negotiation; failing that, under Lithuanian law.

  • All notices to Kornelis must be sent by email (info@kornelis.lt) or phone (+370 623 7661).

  • The agreement is concluded and executed in the English language.
