Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller. They define the rights and obligations of both parties, the conditions for purchasing and paying for goods, delivery and return procedures, and other provisions related to purchases made through the online store www.kornelis.lt.

The online store may be used by individuals and legal entities who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity has not been restricted by a court decision. Minors aged 14–18 may purchase goods with the consent of their parents or guardians, except where they independently manage their own income.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they agree to these Terms and have the right to purchase goods in accordance with these provisions.

The purchase agreement is considered concluded when the Buyer creates an order, provides delivery details, selects a payment method, clicks the “Place Order” button, and the Seller confirms the order by email.

If the price of goods changes due to objective reasons (such as changes in production costs, technical errors, or additional expenses), the Buyer will be informed. If the Buyer does not agree with the updated price, the order may be cancelled without additional compensation.

By accepting these Terms, the Buyer agrees to receive invoices electronically by email. Electronic invoices are considered valid purchase and warranty documents.

2. Personal Data Protection

When placing an order, the Buyer must provide the information necessary to process and complete the purchase.

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the provided information is accurate and up to date.

By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their personal data may be processed for order fulfilment, customer service, analytics, and marketing purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Buyer must keep their account login details confidential and must immediately notify the Seller if they suspect unauthorized access.

The Seller does not disclose Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except where required by applicable laws or necessary for order fulfilment (such as delivery providers and payment service providers).

3. Buyer’s Rights and Responsibilities

The Buyer has the right to:

purchase goods from the online store www.kornelis.lt;
receive information about purchased goods and order status;
withdraw from the purchase agreement in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The Buyer agrees to:

provide accurate information required for order processing;
accept ordered goods and pay the agreed price;
update personal information if it changes;
protect account login details and notify the Seller of any security issues.

4. Seller’s Rights and Responsibilities

The Seller agrees to:

ensure proper operation of the online store;
respect the Buyer’s privacy and protect personal data;
deliver goods according to the information provided in the order;
provide accurate product descriptions and information.

The Seller reserves the right to restrict or cancel access to the online store if the Buyer violates these Terms, attempts to misuse the system, or causes damage to the website.

5. Ordering and Payment

The Buyer may place orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Orders may also be accepted by phone during business hours.

The purchase agreement becomes effective after the Buyer confirms the order by clicking the “Place Order” button and the Seller sends an order confirmation email.

All prices are displayed in euros (€).

Available payment methods include:

online banking;
bank transfer;
other payment methods available during checkout.

If payment is not completed within the specified period, the order may be cancelled.

If payment has already been received and the order cannot be fulfilled, the Seller will refund the payment within 7 days.

6. Delivery

The Buyer must provide accurate delivery information and ensure that the order can be received by the Buyer or an authorized person.

Goods are delivered by courier or may be collected at an agreed location.

The Seller may offer free delivery or delivery discounts depending on the order value.

Estimated delivery times are indicated in product descriptions or during checkout. Delivery times may be extended due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (force majeure).

The Buyer must inform the Seller immediately if:

the package arrives visibly damaged;
the delivered quantity does not match the order;
incorrect goods were received.

7. Product Quality and Warranty

Product information, materials, sizes, and specifications are provided in the product descriptions available at www.kornelis.lt.

The Seller is not responsible for minor differences in colours caused by individual monitor or device settings.

Product quality guarantees apply according to product descriptions and applicable Lithuanian and European Union legislation.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Goods may be returned or exchanged if:

they have not been used;
they are not damaged;
they remain in their original condition and packaging where applicable.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned goods are received and inspected.

Certain products may not be returned due to their nature, including but not limited to:

personalised products;
hygiene-related products;
sealed goods that have been opened;
other exceptions established by applicable legislation.

9. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union consumer protection regulations.

Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual agreement. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
