Processing time
All Kornelis pieces are handmade to order or prepared in small batches. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. During busy periods (holidays, new collections) it may take slightly longer — we'll always let you know.

Customs & duties (Norway)
Norway is outside the EU. Orders shipped to Norway may be subject to customs duties and VAT upon arrival, depending on the order value. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We mark all packages at their true value — we do not under-declare.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
We want you to love your Kornelis piece. If something isn't right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition.
Handmade items cannot be returned if they have been personalised or if the reason for return is a slight variation in colour or texture — these are natural characteristics of handmade merino knitwear.
